Welcoming the New Medium Duty Line

Kenworth Medium Duty trucks

Happy fall, and cheers to new beginnings! Papé Kenworth is thrilled to announce that we are now offering a brand new line of medium duty trucks. Built and redesigned with the driver’s needs and preferences in mind, these ergonomic and highly maneuverable medium-duty trucks are a dream to drive.

Let’s take a look at some of the new features and models!

Medium Duty Trucks

Medium duty trucks have great maneuverability and fuel economy as compared to some of the heavier classes of trucks, making them a popular, robust, and economical choice among fleet managers. Despite not being heavy duty trucks, they’re still quite powerful with a GVW of up to 66,000 pounds. Medium duty trucks can be used for a wide range of applications, from pickup and delivery to lighter garbage truck applications.

Features of New Medium Duty Line

Our new line of medium duty trucks are equipped with the latest technology to enhance ergonomic driver comfort and driver safety.

Adaptive Cruise Control

The new redesigned trucks are equipped with safety-enhancing front-facing radar sensors. This sensor reads traffic conditions and modulates the throttle and brakes, enhancing safety on the road.

Collision Detection

Collision detection alerts drivers to unexpected objects or vehicles, decreasing the risk of severe crashes. This technology also takes braking action when necessary, enhancing driver safety and helping to prevent possible collisions on the road.

Side Object Detection

Say goodbye to blind spots and receive audible and visual alerts when a vehicle or object enters a driver’s blind spot. Side object detection technology makes lane changes and tight turns much safer, protecting truckers and other drivers on the road from possible collisions.

Lane Departure Warning

This new line of medium duty trucks is equipped with a smart system that monitors the truck’s proximity to lane markings. This new technology is especially helpful for night driving, ensuring drivers aren’t veering off into other lanes when lanes are poorly lit or marked.

TruckTech+

This new technology helps you identify issues with your truck before they become problems. Kenworth’s innovative remote diagnostics technology provides notifications of possible issues so you can address issues early–saving you time and money all while enhancing safety on the road.
